The house is situated just three minutes away from Belfast City Airport and is convenient to Belfast City Centre, being only a five minute drive away. It is also on the main bus and railway route to the City Centre with connecting transporation throughout N.Ireland and Rep.Ireland.

The house is accessable to wheelchair users and one of the rooms is wheelchair friendly. All of the rooms are funished to the highest of standards and have en-suite bathrooms to give extra privacy. All bedrooms have T.V. and tea and coffee facilities.
